Mert Wells Regatta April 6-8

$20Mert Wells Regatta is an annual fleet wide jamboree for Sea Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Venture Crews coming up which will be held near Bremerton, WA. We will head over Friday afternoon, camp out and on Saturday participate in various competitions including
- Knot tying (bowline, 2 half-hitches, clove hitch, sheet bend, and cleat hitch)
- Close order Drill
- Taking out a line
- Sailmaking
- Safety
- Flotilla
- 1st Aid
- Life Ring Toss
- Bosun’s Char
- Tug-o-war
- Line toss
- Compass cards (Place all 32 compass points on a mat)
Beyond that we will get to check out various boats from the Sea Scouts fleet & food will be provided.
